WOONSOCKET- Claire L. (Morin) Lemoine, 93, of Woonsocket passed away peacefully on Monday, September 2, 2013 at The Holiday, Manville, RI. She was the beloved wife of the late Jacques R. Lemoine.
Born in Woonsocket on April 28, 1920, she was the daughter of the Aime and Adele (Lizotte) Morin.
She was the loving mother of Ronald J. Lemoine and his wife, Diane of Woonsocket; and leaves her cherished grandsons, Christopher J. Lemoine and Sherrie Cartwright of North Carolina, and Guy J. Lemoine and his wife, Kristen of Woonsocket, and great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Quinn Lemoine of Woonsocket. She was the sister of the late Philip Morin and Frances Lariviere.
A resident of Woonsocket for most of her life, and also lived in Bellingham for 20 years, she had worked at WT Grant as a cashier and clerk until retiring in 1975. Devoted to her family, she will be greatly missed.
Funeral arrangements were private. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Cartier's Funeral Home, Bellingham, MA.
