WOONSOCKET- Norbert R. "Nibby" Moreau Sr. 63, of Second Ave. died Thursday at Mt. St. Francis Health Center.
He was born in Pawtucket a son of the late Leo Moreau and Theresa Gaulin.
Nibby worked as a tool setter before becoming disabled. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by a son Norbert R. "Nibby" Moreau Jr. and his companion Lyn Penney, four daughters, Libby Desjarlais, and Julie Williams and her husband Bernie all of Woonsocket, and Barbara Warren and Tina Moreau both of VT., thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket followed by a service at 11:00 AM. Burial with military honors will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Please visit
