WOONSOCKET- Yolande T. (Hubert) Cote 86, of Woonsocket, died Friday in Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Norman Cote.
Yolande was born in Woonsocket, the daughter of the late George and Flora (Belisle) Hubert and was an assembler for Crest Mfg. in Lincoln for many years retiring in1997.
Yolande is survived by her son Randy Cote and his wife Michelle of Woonsocket, and her two granddaughters; Alissa Cote of Los Angeles, CA, and Amanda Cote of Warwick.
"Yo" was very proud of her granddaughters whom she enjoyed spending time with. She was also an avid game player at Twin River and enjoyed the company of her many friends during her time there.
The family would like to thank the staff at Woonsocket Health Center for the excellent care and attention given to Yolande during her time there. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:30AM in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd Woonsocket. The family will receive guests in the church beginning at 10:00. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the charity of one's choice. Burial will be private.
