WOONSOCKET - Muriel Estelle (Page) Ledoux, 80, of 97 Warwick St. Woonsocket, passed away suddenly on October 21, 2013, at Landmark Medical Center. Devoted wife of Earl G. Ledoux for 56 years who recently passed away on August 28, 2013. She lovingly cared for him during a lengthy illness with daily visits to Hospice St. Antoine. Lifelong resident of Woonsocket and daughter of the late Ulric and Aurore (Lemieux) Page she was a proud graduate of the former St. Claire High School. She worked for her brother Ray Page, owner of Screen Art for 10 years and was employed as a teller at Navigant (Park Square Credit Union) for 24 years; retiring at 74 years of age. She was affectionately known as Mitzi by her dear friends and family. Initially learning English as a second language, she embraced her French heritage and enjoyed speaking French with others.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Millette and her husband Robert of Blackstone, MA and a son, Earl Ledoux and his fianc, Beth Richmond of Lincoln, RI. Also, four granddaughters Rebecca Oakland and her husband Brian, Sarah, Lauren and Rochelle Ledoux, two grandsons, Gregory Millette and Maxim Ledoux; a great grandson, Dylan Oakland; a great granddaughter Camryn Oakland and her close friend Sue Bernier. She was preceded in death by her brother Raymond Page.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013, at 9 AM from the Egidio Dipardo and Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Avenue, Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Avenue, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Visitation will be Sunday October 27, from 2-4 and 6-8.
