BELLINGHAM- Harriet S. (Smith) Cameron, 96, of Blackstone St., Bellingham, MA died November 3, 2013 in Genesis Healthcare, Milford, MA. She was the wife of the late Edward J. Cameron, Sr.
Born in No. Smithfield, she was the daughter of the late Ralph H. Smith, Sr. and Grace B. (Brown) Smith.
Mrs. Cameron was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time on her porch reading her books and watching the birds. She loved to watch the Red Sox and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She cherished her family and will be remembered as a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
She is survived by three children, Nancy Drake and her husband Howard, Edward Cameron, Jr. and his wife Christina and Rod Cameron and his wife Linda all of Bellingham, MA, ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Winsor, Ralph Jr., George and Charles Smith and Sylvia Crochetiere.
Her funeral will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 at 10AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, RI. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Smithfield Rd., No. Smithfield, RI. Calling hours are Thursday from 5 - 7PM. Flowers or a contribution to your favorite charity are both welcome.
