WOONSOCKET- Doris M. (Riquier) Martin, 91, of Monroe St., died Sunday November 3, 2013 in Landmark Medical Center, after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Leo J. Martin.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late William and Mary (Hogue) Riquier.
Doris worked for 50 years at Florence Dye prior to retiring at the age of 62.
She is survived by her son Robert L. Martin and his wife Denise. Her granddaughters, Karen Belcher and her husband Scott, Jeralyn Haraldsen and her husband Christopher and Bethany Hein and her husband Jonathan. And five great-grandchildren, Kaila & Khloe Belcher, Kate & Heidi Haraldsen and Zakary Hien.
She was predeceased, by her grandson Keith Martin and her siblings: Rena Badeau, Ella Tremblay, Yvonne Vadenais, Leo Riquier, Edgar Riquier, and Gerard Riquier.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013, at 9 A.M. from the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave. Woonsocket, R.I. Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham. MA. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 9:15 A.M.
