WOONSOCKET- Scanlon, Marjorie Ann, 81, of Woonsocket passed away November 1, 2013 at the Oakland Grove Health Center in Woonsocket.
She was the wife of William Scanlon.
She was born in Franklin, MA. a daughter of the late Charles & Eva (Hebert) Desper.
A resident of Woonsocket for many years, Marjorie was a loving homemaker and she worked in the kitchen and recreational center at Crepeau Court in Woonsocket.
She is survived by her children, Diane Daniels, Eva Roberts, Frederick "Fred" and Charles Scanlon. She was one of nineteen children. She is also survived by many grandchildren and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her son Arthur McClure.
Funeral services and burial were held privately. Arrangements were entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket.
