WOONSOCKET- Thavisinh Souphanthavong, 60, passed on February 9th.
Born January 10, 1953 in Luangprabang, a son of the late Houmpheng and Chansouk Souphamthavong.
He held an engineering degree at Luangprabang College and also studied Post graduate in India.
He is survived by a daughter, Soumalinh Tran of Woonsocket, four grandchildren, Kaiden and Carter Souphanthavong, Lana and Noah Tran. He was the father of the late Willy Souphamthavong.
A Buddhist Service will be held Wednesday at 9am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Cremation will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to call hours THIS EVENING, February 12th from 6 to 8pm. For online condolences visit
